La Casa Pergola accepts requests for event reservations online. However, an online request does not guarantee an event reservation. Upon receipt of your online request we will review availability and contact you via the contact information that you provided to either confirm your event reservation or attempt to reschedule if we have no availability for your originally requested date and/or time. If your event reservation request is urgent or time-sensitive instead of sending your request online please contact us by phone at 403-342-2404.
IMPORTANT: Upon confirmation of your request we require a credit card number to secure your reservation. We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellation of your event or to accommodate changes to the number of guests who will be attending. Credit cards will be subject to an administrative fee in the event of a no show, late cancellation, and/or change in the number of guests without sufficient notice.
