Just letting everyone know that on Thursday  October 21, 2010 we will be having Ms. Veronika Martens & Ms. Melody Stang entertaining with their smooth jazz sounds in our lounge between 7:00pm & 9:00pm. Anyone that has caught Veronika play in our dining room or were able to see the two of them perform back on the August long weekend will not want to miss this.

There is no cover and full menu and drink specials will be available.

First Wine Dinner of the 2010

Hello All!

So next Tuesday February 23rd 2010 we will be having our first wine dinner of the year and we are extremely excited to be having Mr.Marco Olivieri direct from Italy on hand to speak about his wines. The line we will be featuring will be the Torae al Sole line and in paticular we will be featuring the Pinot Grigio, Chianti Reserva, Pinot Noir, Ambo Bianco Sauv/Chardonnay, Ambo Merlot/Cabernet Franc & the Spadina Una Rosa Nero di Avola. We are also very pleased to have Deb Irwin of P.M.A Agencies on hand to assist Marco and direct you to where you can pick up these fabulous wines on your own.

The cost for this event is $100.00 and this price includes your food and wine  plus the GST & the gratuity (additional beverages are extra). Tickets are available now and must be purchased in advance at La Casa Pergola and as well we have room for only 40 guests so this event is sure to sell out quickly so please do not delay and pick up your tickets today.

We’re getting ready for the holiday season and taking reservations for Christmas party’s and Holiday events. We will accommodate almost any size group along with providing you menu options to suit your needs.

Our private La Sala room can accommodate groups up to 18 people in a single table configuration.

Roasted Prime Rib on fresh herbs with a cabernet du jus
2.) Veal Venetian Style
Veal roast with a vegetable white wine du jus
3.) Liguria Pork Loin Milk Braised
Pork loin with fennel and apples braised in milk
4.) Salmon Alla Chef
Salmon baked with wine and herbs in a brandy mustard cream sauce
5.) Sicily Chicken with Tomatoes and Spinach
Chicken breast pan seared and baked with Sautéed spinach, and roasted tomatoes
