Valentines Weekend Menu

Hello All!

So as promised for all you lovers out there here is a peek at the “Sweetheart Menu” that our chef’s have lovingly (no pun intended) put together for you. Don’t forget that this special will be available from the 12th to the 14th so if you find that we’re all booked up on Sunday don’t worry because even though in the real world Valentines Day is on the 14th we’re showing you the love all weekend!

2010 Sweetheart Menu

Starter ~ A flute of pomegranate juice & sparkling champagne with Couer de Lion cheese, strawberry salsa and in house made crackers.

Insalata ~ Artisan greens with strawberries, slivered almonds & Chevre cheese with a creamy fruit dressing (Wine Pairing Suggestion ~ Stoneleigh Sauvignon Blanc for New Zealand)

*Entree Choices*

Filetto ai Ferri ~ Grilled filet of beef with a port reduction & demi glaze sauce (Wine Pairing Suggestion ~ Zenato Ripassa Valpolicella from Italy)

or

Bella Pollo Involtini ~ Breast of chicken stuffed with lobster and shrimp & topped with a roasted red pepper sauce (Wine Pairing Suggestion ~ Nugan Estates chardonnay from Australia)

Both entrees are served with Beet Mashed Potatoes & Cauliflower Au Gratin

Dessert Trio ~ Tuxedo Strawberry, Chocolate Truffle & Raspberry Mousse filled Chocolate Cup (Wine Pairing Suggestion ~ Elysium Dessert Wine from California)

Sixty-three Dollars plus GST plus gratuities per person for the Sweetheart Menu

Thirty Dollars per person to add the Wine Pairing
